Pure Encapsulations®

All Pure Encapsulations® products are guaranteed for quality, purity, and potency through their expiration date. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt and require preauthorization. Any claims of shortage or damage must be made within 7 days of receiving the package. Authorized returns must be received by our warehouse within 14 days of authorization. They will be credited upon receipt and are subject to a 15% processing fee plus the cost of shipping.

All other products

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@bodidey.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Monthly Membership Cancellation

You will have to pay three months' membership upfront before canceling a month-month subscription. However, for an annual membership, you may cancel within 24 hours of signing up for an annual membership, we are happy to issue a full refund if you change your mind. If after 24 hours,

Thirty days prior to your membership renewal, you will be notified if you are on a semi-annual or annual basis. If you want to opt-out of your second year of Membership plans or change your plan, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us: info@bodidey or contact us via the patient portal.

Refunds:
We can refund your card for up to three months of payment if you are looking to close out your memberships and have not utilized any of your visits within 12 months on an annual plan. Please email us at info@bodidey.com or send a message via the patient portal.
